Not sure how serious of an inventor I am. More likely, more of an artistic approach to things. I am showcasing some of my inventions in this section.
First is the satellite dishes, painted and mounted to cover the patio at our studio. Along with our photos is Emily Earhartd's video from Sky 9. I had used the dishes as shade or covers a couple of times prior to this installation. Finally able to get down with it at our fantastic place. My second are my Artubes. These are 12 feet long, one foot diameter, canvas paintings with a fan mounted inside. Reastart at the bottom allow for air flow adjustment.I came up with this when changing a light bulb (whatever) in the ceiling of our shop. It was winter. The shop, at our level, a little cold. At fourteen feet high, the temperature is a balmy eighty-five degrees. I thought "we got to get the hot air down". My wife, Antelope Woman, helped me cover these lightweight tubes with canvas. I painted them, installed fans, hung the tubes, plugged them in, turned them on, and within twenty minutes the shop was seventy-two degrees top to bottom. Green art or what? Next on the list is Lemo-napalm. Concocted and consumed for many years. Only labelled and bottled for the last three or so years. Sold exclusively out of Bananelope Coffee, and sometimes in the street. One of our Hueso de Perro's sponsors. An excellent thirst quenching, health promoting, sphincter burning elixir. Try it, you'll like it. Ursis - Fragrance for men. This fragrance was developed to mask the smelly carcas of Bearon Von Grapple. He is it's inspiration, olfactoric medication. The essence of bear root. A fragrance like no other. Try it and see the response you get from those you are hoping respond to you. While Antelope Woman and I were walking the beach in Southern California, we noticed that ninety percent of the people walking the beach were carrying their sandles in one of their hands. I couldn't help to think there could be a simple solution for sandle carrying that would leave you hands free. So I designed our specially patented Sandle Carrier. Made from recycled plastic, this simple device threads through a belt loop, swimsuit, bikini string, through your sandles and loops through itself, allowing your sandles to hang and leaving your hands free. I saw this in a dream many years ago. Several of us bounding through the forrest, over streams and meadows. Up and down, steep and gradual grades. We were all wearing what looked like ski boots, attached to a pogo stick with a gas filled cylinder. A simple lever between our knees allowed us to adjust the explosiveness or mellowness of the spring in our step. A quick flick and we could bound effortlessly straight up an incline. Another tweek and we could bound fifteen feet jumps across a meadow. The pogo stick like base left a minimal footprint in the environment. I have no expertise in the tech necessary to develope the device itself. Here are some drawings similar to ones I mailed to myself many years ago, after having the initial dream... I have a hard time wearing clothes that have someone else's name on them. I fabric paint my own shirts, and have for many of my relatives. At this time they are all one of a kind... |
